Hi!! My name is Sassafras, and my furrend Twixy lets me write a review for TKC newsletter each month of a product my furfamily and I have tested. I will rate each product based on the following criteria:
Quality, Availability, Durability, Price, and most importantly, THE FUN FACTOR!!! At the end of each review I will give the product a rating of 1-5 Mice.

This month I will review a very pawpular toy called The Boogie Mat! The Boogie Mat is made by a Vermont-based family owned company that makes tons of colorful and creative cat and d*g toys. And
they are very high quality if I do say so myself! The Boogie Mat comes in three different prints: Birdie, Fishie, and Oriental. It is a 13" by 16" soft catnip scented mat with a zipper on one side. It has a cushy batting insert. All the human has to do is open the zipper and re-fill with fresh nip and the fun starts all over again. The insert can be removed and the outside is washable, and the human *will* need to wash it because it gets pretty yucky with us kitties rubbing out faces on it! The funny thing about this
product is that you actually do boogie the second you sniff it! I got mine years ago and have had many since. It is great for both older kitties and kittens. Kittens will like to be wild and crazy and bite, scratch and do fancy rolling and boogying moves all over it. Older cats like my older RB sister Melissa used to love to just lay or sit on it and rub their faces on the mat. She would have loved to snooze on it, but us younger kitties didn't give her the chance! My sister Polka Dot even invented a new Boogie Mat game: she would take a running start and then slide on the Boogie Mat across the floor. Oh! The best part! The Boogie Mat comes with
a packet of free organic catnip for refilling! One thing I should mention is that a family of cats my Mom used to sit for had to be supervised when playing with the mat because they would fight like cats and dogs over it! It costs about $30.95 plus s&h for the set of three assorted prints or $10.00 at Petsmart for a single. It is available at all kinds of pet stores and websites.

Cons: can be a little expensive for a cat toy, can cause some aggressive cats to fight over it.

Me has a "posh" pen ov meown. dat we take ( lots ov cats havs der own pen .At Tica shows,in de Poota its under TICA, or The International Cat Assotiationand us non pedigree cats is called HHP,s ( Household Pets ) We can get Titles,jus like dem Pedigree cats. De Judges are Flyed in from across de werld. De see Every kitty in de show.Yer has to win points to gets Ribbons, Wen de Judge wants to see yer, de puts yer on a table, de has Feaver toys dat de trys to get yer to play wiv, Wen de finnished,de puts cullered cards on yer cage ( in de Judges ring ) If yer is in de top 5 cats, yer gets more Ribbons an pionts. If yer get a BEST CAT, dat is Ded Gud,,a FIRST Place.At de moment me as unny 1 Tica show to go befor all de points gets added up. If yer is got enuff point an yer is in de top 20 cats fer yer Region ( me is Europe ) yer can get a big award Regional and International , Me is gettin a Regional one cos so far me is 4th highist cat in all Europe. Its a fun day awt . Me jus likes de fun stuff .!!
